✿ It is a love of design that moves forward. Jewelry making started as a fun hobby and i just can't stop. My first bracelet was made from my dad's fish hooks (cleaned of course) and some beads that had come off an old bracelet of my moms.
I taught myself to bead using books and trying out all the cool tools. I then moved on to metalsmithing and took a couple of years of classes at the local community college to hone some skills. I love tools, detail work, and using my hammer to texture metal.
I use sterling silver, pearls and stones primarily in my designs. For the sake of my two daughters, i have added copper, brass, plastic and glass beads into the mix. And of course, who doesn't admire the sparkle of swarovski, so i have plently of pretty colors in stock.
I create mostly earrings, bracelets, pendants and necklaces but have some rings under my belt as well. I will try to use this site to show samples of different pieces I have created for myself and for my loyal customers over the years.
